Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk or dairy of choice
  • ½ Cup Coconut water or cold filtered water
  • 4 Tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1 Banana - fresh or frozen, chunks
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Maca powder optional
  • 2 tsps Pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract optional, recommended
  • 1 Dash Sea salt
  • 6 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend for 45 seconds to 1 full minute for a real smooth smoothie. 

  2. Garnish with coconut shavings or cacao nibs. And Enjoy!
