Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Coconut water or cold filtered water
  • 2 Cups coconut milk or dairy of choice
  • 4 Tbsp SanoBe peanut butter (superfood)
  • 1 Tbsp Raw chocolate powder or nibs (superfood)
  • 1 Tbsp Maca powder (optional, but recommended superfood)
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut oil (superfood, no need to melt if using a high powered machine)
  • 1 Scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder
  • if unsweetened, add 2 tablespoons honey, agave, pure maple syrup, or dried fruit such as figs or dates to sweeten to your liking)
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed. And enjoy. 

  2. Makes 2 servings for a meal, 3 servings for a snack.

  • 2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup Coconut milk
  • 1 Cup Raw spinach
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder or 3 tablespoons hemp seeds *
  • 3-4 Tbsp SanoBe Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Raw cacao
  • 1 Tbsp Maca
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup, agave or Swerve (sweetener of choice) *
  • 1 Sm - Med Banana or 1/2 large banana
  • 1 Squirt Trace minerals
  • 1 Cap Vanilla extract
  • 1 Dash Sea salt
  • 8 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute for best texture.

Simply amazing!!! It may seem a lot of ingredients but, this is worth it, for the health of it, the energy boost and the pleasure of it!! This is sooooooo good!...and ridiculously great for your body and wellbeing! Enjoy!!!

* If you are using flavored protein powder, you won’t need the maple syrup or sweetener.  Your desired level of sweetness is always a personal choice.

  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk or dairy of choice
  • ½ Cup Coconut water or cold filtered water
  • 4 Tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1 Banana - fresh or frozen, chunks
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Maca powder optional
  • 2 tsps Pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract optional, recommended
  • 1 Dash Sea salt
  • 6 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend for 45 seconds to 1 full minute for a real smooth smoothie. 

  2. Garnish with coconut shavings or cacao nibs. And Enjoy!

  • 2 Tbsp Shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
