Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1/2 Cup Honey or raw agave
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Cacao nibs or chocolate chips
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch Sea salt

Chocolate Glaze

  • 1/2 Cup Melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 Cup Raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 Cup Agave or honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp Sea salt

Instructions

Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Coat cookie sheet with coconut oil

  3. Mix ingredients in a bowl until well blended.

  4. Scoop onto cookie sheet.

  5. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown with soft center. 

  6. Drizzle chocolate glaze (optional and recommended).

Chocolate Glaze

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and mix on low until smooth.

  2. Drizzle over cookies and enjoy this healthy and delicious, guilt-free snack!

Ingredients

  • SanoBe Peanut Butter - any flavor

Instructions

  1. Fill an ice cube tray with 1 tablespoon per cup of any flavor SanoBe Superfood peanut butter

  2. Insert toothpicks into the middle of each cup and freeze until firm.

Tips: When ready to eat, top with any one or a mixture of the following: hot fudge, sliced banana, sliced apple, honey, your favorite jam, pinch of cinnamon.

Some people like to add Fluff for their children. Swirl it in the peanut butter in the cups before you freeze it for best results.

no bake oatmeal balls

No Bake Oatmeal Balls

Here are the ingredients:

Prep Time 30 minutes
Refrigerate 30 minutes
Total Time 1 hour
Servings 12 balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dry oats we like the  quick cooking ones
  • 1/4 Cup SanoBe peanut butter we love Cacao Crunch for this one!
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla optional
  • Dash of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine well. The mixture should be a bit sticky.

  2.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Use a spoon to scoop about a tablespoon of the cookie ball mixture into your hand. Roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture. This should make about 12 oatmeal energy balls.

  4. Store the balls covered in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for much longer.
